Protection for foreign nationals persecuted in their home country or who have “well-founded fear of persecution on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.”

For relatives of U.S. citizens or permanent residents whose deportation would be an extreme hardship.

For foreign nationals who are victims of domestic abuse by their US Citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse/families.

For victims of certain crimes.
